This guide explains in detail how to create an account on Botrank.ai. We will walk through each step of the registration process, from accessing the site to finalizing the creation of your account.

Step 1: registration Form

The first step is to navigate to the SaaS registration page.

Once on the registration page, you must fill in the required fields with your information:

•Your last name
•Your phone number (for support purposes only)
•Your email address (must be valid)
•A secure password

Step 2: email confirmation

After submitting the form, you will be redirected to a page informing you that a confirmation email has been sent to your address.
You must now check your inbox and click on the activation link contained in this email to finalize the creation of your account and access your dashboard.
Note: If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam or junk mail folder.

Step 3: creating your analyzed entity

Once you have clicked on the activation link in the email, your account is activated and you are redirected to the entity creation page. Fill in the information:
• Brand: The name of the company, product, or service to analyze (for example, BotRank.ai).
• Website: A page from this brand, product, etc. (for example, https://www.botrank.ai/).
The system will then analyze your website and suggest prompts to analyze.

Step 4: prompt selection

You can then select or enter the first prompts (questions) that Botrank.ai will use to track your brand's visibility.
Choose up to 3 prompts from the suggestions or create your own. You can also find a guide on this Support page to learn how to configure your prompts.
The system executes these prompts on various AI engines.

Dashboard access

Once the analysis is complete, you will access the main Botrank.ai dashboard. This is where you can track your brand's visibility, analyze data, and obtain recommendations.
